Sometimes when God is silent, he has his ways of answering. Even when we do not see him at work, we’ve got faith that he is at work. FAITH could be an acronym for: Forget About It, Trust Him! The platform of faith starts with our belief. Matt. 11:22-23 emphasizes having the faith of God. And having the God kind of faith moves mountains. For every problem we face in life, there is a promise of God for it. By faith we declare the truths and the promises of God, then those things will happen. Faith is that bridge between where we are and where God is taking us. We have to get rid of the doubt and believe that the word of the Lord is true. Carrie Ten Boom described faith as seeing the invisible, believing the unbelievable, and receiving the impossible. We can also have that kind of faith. Hebrews 11:1 classically describes it as the substance of things hoped for. Hope is Having Only Positive Expectations. God has given us the truth of what faith is all about, don’t look at what you have in the natural, see what he’s given us in the supernatural. His words

Rather than see what appeared to be (ruins), Nehemiah saw what needed to be about Jerusalem. He came with a fresh mind of understanding and led a crusade in the land to rise up and BUILD the walls of Jerusalem –that they would be restored and no longer become a reproach. The devil is so afraid that the church is going to get a hold of who they are and they would regain their faith and their freedom to restoration. It starts with our prayers! Prayers actually build a higher wall of refuge than physical walls that could be laid to ruins. God has given us power to have dominion over everything; and when it feels like we have lost our strength and our courage, our voice of praise, affirmations of our faith and words of our testimonies make us over-comers. When we have that determination – then we receive what our King (God) has in stock for us. We already have all of heaven’s arsenal to walk in our authority and take back everything that is ours from the enemy. Nehemiah charged the people: Remember the Lord, he is great and awesome (Nehemiah 4:14b). Do not be afraid of

Matthew 15:11 says it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a man, but what comes out of it. The scripture also says in Proverbs 18:21 that death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that use it will eat of the fruit thereof. You should always season your thoughts and your words with grace before you unleash them from your mouth. In essence, your words have to be recycled through God’s filter system (the word), then they become good seeds. No corrupt word-seeds should ever proceed out of your mouth, but words worthy of edification should be the issues of life proceeding from your heart. Words do have consequences, and they need to be guarded and guided through the recycling system of God’s word – always. Despite all of the negativities flying around in the world today, we can choose to stay positive by the words of our declarations – agreeing with God’s words. God’s words bring life! You have the power in your tongue to bring to life – a deadened heart when the words from your mouth align with the truth in God’s word. You have the words of life in

Not all thoughts are our thoughts! Every thought of ours need to be properly recycled in the collection bin of God’s spirit. Wrong thoughts like sickness reports, financial indebtedness, marital chaos and every other debasing report of the enemy must be trashed in God’s recycle bin – for a reconstruction by the word of God. Philippians 4:8 admonishes us to always think about things of virtue, things that are noble and pure, lovely, just and are praiseworthy – these and more should be the themes of our heart! At times when we don’t guard our mind, the devil makes us forget who we are because we forget who we’re with. We have to agree with God’s word, and ponder on what it says until it becomes a part of us. The word of God in our spirit is the key to unlock the kingdom. All it takes to turn the lock for an unlimited access is an agreement of faith and declarations with our mouth that every good thing that comes from the Lord is ours. By faith, God wants us to trust him – for his word, whether we can see it or not; then he brings to pass
